OUR STORY
We are a family owned business located in Avon Lake, Ohio. ERS stands for Energy Reduction Solutions. That's what we do. We provide solutions that will reduce your energy costs. We've been saving our customers money since 2010. How? We fabricate ERS Wrap™ industrial insulation AND we have a team of skilled pipe insulation contractors. Our seamstresses consistently produce high quality insulation blankets. Our installers work rivals art!

Our founder Ray Braun has been in the industrial insulation business for over 40 years. We call him "The Legend." After going to many, many, many plants and facilities, Ray noticed just how many hot mechanical parts were left uninsulated. Why? Traditional insulation products just don't cut it. Ray knew he could do it better, he created ERS Wrap™. Our blanket insulation is multipurpose and flexible and can be used to insulate almost any hot mechanical component.
