ABOUT ERS WRAP™ BLANKET INSUALTION
ABOUT: ERS Wrap™ is a multipurpose sewn industrial insulation blanket that can be used to insulate virtually any hot mechanical part up to approximately 400°. Our industrial insulation blankets will significantly reduce surface temperatures, providing personnel protection and saving you money!
APPLICATIONS: Using a combination of all of our ERS Wrap products: small covers, rolls and custom blanket insulation, we can help you "wrap" ANYTHING!
MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS: The small insulation blanket covers are made using a silicone impregnated fiberglass fabric, and lined with temp mat. Temp mat is a fiberglass needled insulating fabric suitable for high temperatures. Click the below button to learn more about the materials used to fabricate ERS Wrap™.
SIZING ERS WRAP™ FOR YOUR MESS
The best thing to do is send us a picture of your "mess" and we'll make some suggestions. The more you're able to measure, the better we can assist you. If you can't really measure, no problem. We can send you a combination of industrial insulation blanket small covers and rolls to get you started!

TOOLS/SUPPLIES NEEDED: Cable tie tensioners, cable ties, staple gun, staples, and silicone caulk.
