ABOUT ERS WRAP™ HOSE AND PIPE BLANKET INSULATION
ABOUT: ERS Wrap™ is a multipurpose sewn industrial insulation blanket that can be used to insulate virtually any hot mechanical part up to approximately 400°. Our industrial insulation blankets will significantly reduce surface temperatures, providing personnel protection and saving you money!
APPLICATIONS: We primarily use our ERS Wrap™ blanket insulation rolls on hoses and in-line pipe. We make our insulation blanket rolls in various widths depending on the diameter of the pipe/hose being insulated.
HOOK AND LOOP: We make the rolls with and without hook and loop. Generally, we recommend using rolls with hook and loop for IPS up to 4"-5". For IPS greater than 5", the rolls without hook and loop provide a better fit.
MATERIAL SPECS: The insulation blanket rolls are made using a silicone impregnated fiberglass fabric, and lined with temp mat. Temp mat is a fiberglass needled insulating fabric suitable for high temperatures. Click the below button to learn more about the materials used to fabricate ERS Wrap™.

ERS WRAP™ BLANKET INSULATION ROLLS
We have insulated thousands of hoses and in-line pipes using our ERS Wrap™ fiberglass insulation blanket rolls. The width of the roll depends on the diameter of the pipe or hose being insulated.
WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW

FITTINGS
DIAMETER: If you don't know the iron pipe size (IPS) or diameter of the hose or pipe you are trying to insulated, no problem. Using a pipe caliper, you can quite easily determine the diameter. From the IPS, we are able to calculate circumference, or the width of roll you will need to properly insulate your pipe or hose.

LENGTH: Determine how many feet you are trying to insulate. Remember, it's always better to get more!

FITTINGS OR BENDS: We recommend you buy our insulation bigger then needed so you can easily accommodate bends or small increases in diameter.
INSTALLING ERS WRAP™ BLANKET INSULATION ROLLS
Wrap It!
Simply measure the length of the pipe or hose you are insulating. Cut the ERS Wrap industrial insulation roll, and wrap it! Use outdoor grade black or stainless steel cable ties to aid in install. Silicon caulk can also be used at the base of insulation to prevent the entry of water. It's that simple.
Maintenance, no problem! Our ERS Wrap industrial insulation blanket rolls can be removed and reinstalled in minutes!
