Pre-formed fiberglass pipe insulation with an ASJ jacket - service temp: 850° F. This fiberglass pipe insulation has a highly consistent fiberglass core that allows for quick, accurate cuts to accommodate fittings and pipe supports. It is manufactured using the latest technology and unique in-line manufacturing process. This process results in a uniform fiberglass core that delivers consistent performance during fabrication and installation. In addition, our proprietary auto-jacketer ensures consistency during production and installation resulting in a tighter jacket with a cleaner finished appearance. This insulation delivers thermal performance you can count on, while meeting all industry performance requirements. This assures the building owner, mechanical engineer and contractor that the product will deliver the performance you expect throughout the life of the mechanical system.

This fiberglass pipe insulation is used to insulate standard iron pipe, plastic pipe and copper tubing. It is suitable for installation over hot, cold, concealed and exposed piping systems with operating temperatures up to 850°F (454°C). Weather-protective jacketing is required for outdoor applications. Pipes operating below ambient temperatures require all joints to be sealed with the factory-applied, self-seal lap and butt strips.

This fiberglass pipe insulation is sold in 3 foot lengths. Choose the iron pipe size and thickness for the pipes you are looking to insulate. If you choose “1” Quantity - you’ll get one 3 ft section.
